Day 01: ADDIS ABABA

Exotic Ethiopia Tour and travel representative will pick you up from Bole International Airport and transfer you to the preferred Hotel. Depending on your arrival time a city tour of Addis Ababa will be arranged. The tour will include the National Museum, The Holy Trinity Church, Entoto Kidane Mihret Church, and the biggest open market Mercato.

DAY 02: FLY TO BAHIRDAR

Early morning fly to the beautiful city of Bahirdr. On your arrival, you will check in to your preferred Hotel and continue your tour of Bahirdar.

The tour will begin driving about 35 KM to the Blue Nile falls along the way you will visit the small and authentic Tis Abay village. In the afternoon you will take a boat ride to the ancient monitories of Lake Tana. Lake Tana is home for more than 37 islands with most of them used to be only monasteries. Now a day’s money people live along with the monasteries. People living on the islands and the fisherman use the papyrus boat as a means of transport on your way you will encounter them on the lake.

DAY 03: DRIVE TO GONDAR

After breakfast, you will drive to the royal city of Gondar. In the 17th C Gondar was the royal Capital of Ethiopia. With the big royal palace in the center, Gondar is a cozy city with its center Piazza built by Italians. The tour in Gondar will include the Royal Palace of King Fasil and his descendants, the bath of king Fasil known for its Timket festivals and Debrebirhan Silase Church with its intriguing ceiling paintings.

Day 04: EXCURSION TO THE SIMEN MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK

Morning drive about 100KM to the north part of Gondar where you will find the only world heritage national park in Ethiopia the Simen Mountain National Park. With its magnificent landscape, Simen mountain national park is home to the endemic fauna and flora. Walia ibex, the Gelada baboons, and Ethiopian wolves are among the animals you may find on your visit.

Day 05: FLY TO AXUM AND CITY TOUR

Morning flight to the ancient city of Axum; a city way back 3000 years of history and origin of world civilization. This can be witnessed by landmarks in the center of the city among them; the stale royal tombs: which are considered to be the oldest monolithic stands in the world, the church compound of St. Mary of Zion is the seat of the true Moose's Ark of the covenant, the Queen of Sheba's palace, King Kaleb's and Gebremeskel's palace and Archeological Museum which are situated in the heart of the city.

Morning Fly to the Holly city of Lalibela on your arrival a brief check in to your Hotel and head to visit the mystical rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. The small town of Lalibela in Ethiopia is home to one of the world's most astounding sacred sites: eleven rock-hewn churches, each carved entirely out of a single block of granite with its roof at ground level.

Day 07: EXCURSION TO YIMRHANE KIRSTOS

After breakfast, we drive to Yimrhane Kirstos through the small village of Bilbala. The built-up cave church of Yimrhane Kirstos itself predates the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. This is one of the most beautiful and colorful cave churches, built from marble, wood and beautifully decorated from inside and outside with remarkable architectural skill. On the other side of the cave, you will also see many mummified bodies of pilgrims from centuries ago. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 08: FLY BACK TO ADDIS ABABA AND DEPARTURE

Drive to Komboacha and overnight.

Day 11: DRIVE TO ADDIS ABABA AND DEPARTURE

After breakfast depart Kombolacha and drive to Addis ababa . ON this drive you will have a chance to see the Amhara , Oromo and Afar tribes on the road while they go for market . On your arrival in Addis you will have a well fair dinner and evening you will depart to home.
